Verceram or Camillo Lusso, free-form and sculptural iridescent ceramic vase, ca 1960–70 - Pignolet Gallery

Verceram or Camillo Lusso, free-form and sculptural iridescent ceramic vase, ca 1960–70

Ceramic vase with a free and sculptural form, black painted design on a white background, under an iridescent glaze with shimmering reflections ranging from blue to green.

The attribution of this piece remains open: its aesthetic recalls both the production of the Verceram manufactory, active in the 1960s–70s, and the work of Camillo Lusso (1919–1990, Turin), whose abstract forms and experimental finishes display a strong stylistic affinity.
