Alfred Hendrickx was especially recognized for his furniture designs for SABENA Belgium Airport during the 1950s / 60s.
Alfred Hendrickx, Willy Van der Meeren, Emiel Veranneman, Pieter de Bruyne, Jules Wabbes, Christopher Gevers were the most influential architects in Belgium in the middle of the 20th century and are present in many Belgian and foreign museums including the Design Museum Gent.
